Bourglinster is the venue we recommend most often. The medieval keep, vaulted reception hall, and stepped courtyard each give you a completely different visual register, which means a single wedding day can pull off three distinct "looks" without anyone driving anywhere.
The ceremony lawn behind the keep faces west, so a 16:30 outdoor exchange catches the warmest light of the day. Inside, the vaulted hall handles up to 150 seated for dinner with two long tables under the original beams.
Practical notes: arrive at least 45 minutes before guests for couple portraits in the empty courtyard. The chapel can be used for religious ceremonies. Pricing for the venue is set directly with the château.
