We’re growing.

Lux Photo Pro is a permanent team of ten and growing. We’re hiring across the studio — in front of the camera and behind it. The standards don’t change as we grow: light-first work, a calm presence on the day, one art director who signs off on everything, and a team that speaks more than one language. If the roles below sound like you, write to Andre directly.

Who we look for

Four traits, in any role.

  1. 01

    You think about light first.

When you walk into a room, you read the windows before the faces. Whatever your role, you understand that everything we deliver starts with light. If that sounds like a lecture, this is not the studio for you.

  2. 02

You can be quiet for ten hours.

Wedding days are not where we perform our personality. Our team is the team guests forget was there. If you need to be the centre of the room, we will be the wrong fit.

  3. 03

You can take direction from one art director.

Andre signs off on every gallery. That means our work has a coherent visual language across the whole team. If you need full creative autonomy on every job, this constraint will frustrate you.

  4. 04

You speak more than one language.

Half our weddings are bilingual. We need English fluency minimum, plus one of French / Luxembourgish / German / Russian / Portuguese as a working second.

How to apply

Three steps, no ATS.

  1. Step 1 — write to Andre

One email, no template. Tell us which role you’re after and why this studio. For creative roles (photographer, videographer, editor, SMM), add a single link to your best work — not your whole archive.

  2. Step 2 — studio meeting

90 minutes in the Belair studio with Andre and Anastasiia. We talk about your work, ours, and how you think. Honest conversation, not a portfolio show-and-tell.

  3. Step 3 — test task

A short unpaid test fitted to the role — a test edit, a set of frames, a content sprint. It is deliberately small, non-commercial, and never goes to a client. Everything after it is real work, and real work is paid.

If this sounds like you

Write to Andre. One email. The role you want. Your best work.
