Eleven steps,
from message to album.
We don’t improvise. Every wedding runs the same eleven steps, in the same order, with the same SLAs. The discipline is what lets us shoot 130 weddings a year without anything slipping.
01
Inquiry
Anastasiia reads every inquiry. The same day on weekdays you get a personal reply with package availability and a suggested next step — usually a 30-minute call or a studio visit.

Discovery call (or studio visit)
20 minutes by phone or 45 in the Belair studio. We walk through your day — venue, timeline, guest count, what kind of register you want (editorial, documentary, soft, moody). Andre joins this call.

Tailored proposal
PDF and shareable link delivered the same day. We don't do quote-as-you-go — the proposal includes one recommended tier with reasoning, and lists every add-on transparently. Anastasiia records a 90-second video walking through the choices.

Booking deposit + e-signature
You book in the configurator and pay the booking deposit online, by card or another method offered at checkout. The deposit is 50% for a small ceremony and 40% from 5 hours or €900, refunded in full if you withdraw within the 14-day withdrawal period. Your agreement, filled in with your booking details, then arrives by email for electronic signature: you sign with a one-time code sent to your email address, and each side receives the signed PDF.

Mood-board + team assignment
After you book, André reviews references from your inspiration set and assigns the team member whose work fits them. Before your wedding we introduce you to the photographer or videographer assigned to it.

Pre-wedding planning call
6 weeks before the date. We lock the timeline, walk through the venue (in person if it's in Luxembourg, virtually if it's destination), confirm shot priorities, and align on family group lists.

Engagement session (optional add-on)
An add-on you can choose in the configurator: 60-90 minutes, 3-6 months before the wedding. Save-the-date material and a calm in-person meeting between you and the photographer.

Wedding day
Briefed, scouted, ready. Your photographer and the team run the day under André’s art direction: he picks the team, sets the style and reviews the selection and editing afterwards. A personal visit from André on the day is an add-on; to have him photograph your wedding himself, book the André level. Anastasiia is on call by phone for any coordination need.

Preview gallery
Your edited photos arrive in your private gallery within the delivery time of your package, counted from the wedding day and shown when you book (typically 7 to 30 days). Where a payment is due on delivery, the gallery first carries watermarks.

Final gallery
Curated, colour-graded, retouched in our house style. André reviews every gallery before it leaves the studio. Once any payment due on delivery is made, downloads unlock without watermarks; films follow within their own delivery time. Delivered via Pixieset, downloads + print rights included.

Album + prints
Album proofing starts once you send your album selection. One round of layout changes is included in the price; a second round is chargeable. Printing and binding take 15-25 days after you approve the layout.
